4. Get back to work. Calls are answered while you're on the tools.

It answers the calls you can't, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On each call it:

1. Picks up straight away, so the caller isn't left ringing out or going to voicemail.
2. Answers common questions about your business, such as your services and the area you cover.

You still answer calls yourself whenever you can. Calls you can't take are forwarded to your AI receptionist, so the customer still gets an answer.

Call forwarding is a setting with your phone carrier that sends calls to another number. Here's how it works with Bizzoo:

1. During setup we'll show you how to turn on forwarding for your phone and carrier.
2. You can choose to forward only the calls you don't answer or that come in while you're busy, so you can still pick up yourself.
3. Those calls go to your AI receptionist, which answers and takes the caller's details.
4. You can switch forwarding off at any time in your phone settings.

Yes. Bizzoo is there for the calls you miss, like when you're up a ladder, driving or with a customer. You can answer any call yourself as usual, and the AI receptionist only steps in when you don't.

Your AI receptionist works 24/7, including nights, weekends and public holidays. A customer with a problem at 9pm still gets an answer and has their details taken. You'll have them ready to follow up when you start work.

Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of AI call minutes. That's the time your AI receptionist spends on calls:

• Starter: A$99 a month with 100 AI call minutes
• Pro: A$179 a month with 250 AI call minutes
• Boss: A$279 a month with 500 AI call minutes

You're never cut off in a busy season. If you use up your monthly minutes, you can top up anytime:

Topping up every month? Moving up a plan is usually better value. For example, Pro includes 250 minutes, compared with Starter's 100.

Bookings and reminders are on the way and are marked "Coming soon" on our plans. When they launch, customers will be able to book a time and get reminders automatically. They're part of every plan from Starter up.
